The deadline for replacing tachographs for cross-border journeys is 18th August 2025. Retrofitting is mandatory!

Vehicles with VDO Smart Tacho G2V1 (DTCO4.0/4.0e) must be retrofitted to G2V2 (DTCO4.1 – see image). This also applies to digital tachographs from other manufacturers.

·         Comply with regulations and save time and money

·         Use tachograph calibration appointments for the conversion

·       Avoid penalties and downtime
