Release 6.0 - January 26, 2023  - New Infringement Reporting

With the release of 6.0 on 26 January 2023, the social report will be replaced.

 The new infringement evaluation is not only based on a completely new determination of the infringements, but it also contains many important innovations.

These include:

An extended dashboard in which the number of driving time and rest period violations - depending on the menu selection - is displayed for the current, the last three or six months.

• Compared to the previous social report, the infringement evaluation can now be called up for all fleets for which the logged-in user is authorised. 

• In the infringement evaluation, the extension of the individual infringement classes to the 4 (!) classes currently defined by Mobility Package I - light, medium, serious, very serious - has been included,

• medium, serious, very serious - defined by the Mobility Package I.

• In addition, some violations that were not taken into account in the previous social report have been included, such as manual supplements that were not carried out but were required.

• Completely new are the following special features:

  • Unlimited period selection

  • Drill-down function (to get exact details)

  • Consideration of shift weeks with insight into individual shift days

  • Fines (pro rata) driver

  • The graphic violation explanation as an overview or in detail - online and in a pdf report

  • The scheduler for infringement report

The infringement report [driving time and rest period] briefly presented here will be followed in due course by the optional expansion of the infringement evaluation to include LIVE data and the addition of fines for non-German companies (Release 6.1 at the end of February).

By mid-May 2023, it is then planned to finally add the working time infringements (Release 6.2).

From the end of June 2023, it is planned to discontinue the social report and the working time infringement report.
